Current Role: Senior System Analyst (March 2011 - Current)
Currently working as Senior System Analyst for 3 projects applied in Human Resources General Directorate in Abu Dhabi Police, which are the following (These applications are used by around 3000 users across all the departments of Abu Dhabi Police and Police Stations in both Abu Dhabi and Al-Ain): • E-Training System
• E-Education System
• E-Police Schools System
Technology: Oracle forms and reports 10g.
My Role involves the following: • Gathering new requirements and business analysis
• Study the department needs and transfer into automated system
• System Design and prototype
• Full Database Design
• Regular meetings and following up with the clients
• Give the training needed for the users.
• Give the needed support for any of the users of the system
• Fixing the bugs reported by the users
• Write technical documentation and reports.
• Perform system testing.

Senior System Analyst (December 2010 - March 2011)
I worked as a Senior System Analyst for two projects (FASGD + Medical Services Project) both in Main Directorate of Finance and Services at AD Police.
Technology: Oracle forms and reports 10g.
• FASGD project consist of several modules, every one of these modules is implanted in different department that belongs to the main. These modules are: * Housing system, Maintenance System, Tailoring and Inventory Production system, Tickets Reservation System, Hospitality and Ceremony System, Weapons System, Financial Scholarships system and Military Vehicles system.
• Medical Services Project is applied in the medical services department. The project consists of different modules. Modules included in the system are: * Registration and Reception Module, Doctors module, Inventory Module, Module, Laboratory Module, X-Ray Module, Physiotherapy Module, Pharmacy Module, Accounting Module and many others.

My duties in these two projects are: * Gathering requirements and preparing (System Requirement Specification) documents
* Designing the ER diagram using Oracle designer tool.
* Setting the standards that should be followed through out the project
* Setting the project action plan with cooperation of the project manager
* Prepare both technical and business documentations according to the set standards at the company.
* Involved in systems development cycle
* Preparing regular progress reports for the project
* Presenting the project status regularly to the project steering committee from the clients' side (hand by hand with the project manager)
* Following up with the clients and end users

Previous Role: Mod PLSQL Developer (November 2007 - December 2010)
I worked as Mod PL SQL developer for almost two years, during these two years I have been involved in the development for two main projects: Technology: Mod PL/SQL, HTML, Java Script
• (E-Correspondence System): This application is used by all users of Abu Dhabi Police in order to communicate and send official letter among departments of Abu Dhabi Police officially.
• (E-Armory System): Simple system that is used by Musffah Police Station in Abu Dhabi to Define the shifts and assign officers of the station to daily shifts as well as registering the transactions for receiving and submitting the weapons.

Previous Role: Oracle System Developer (November 2007 - December 2010)
I worked as an Oracle Developer at Alrowad IT Solutions for almost three years, during this period I was involved in systems development and customization for HR project and FASGD project: Technology: Oracle forms and reports 10g.
• HR Project - AD police: This project consists of the following modules: * E-HR System, E-planning System, E-Payroll System, E-Appraisal System and E-recruitment System.
My duties in this project were: * Preparing technical documentation
* Systems customizations and development
