Project - China investment/ developer.
Phase 1 - Mix development consist of shopping mall and apartment service 3472 units
Phase 2 - Mix development of R&F Marina Place, Opera House, Commercial and apartment service 3724 units
Phase 3 - Mix development of Apartment service 3500 units and retail shops
- Represent the company.
- Planning and managing the project on the approval matters.
- Liaison with the Federal, State government and local authorities for all the development processes such as Land issues, Development Order, Building and Infrastructure Plan, CCC, utilities and external agencies, etc.
- Coordination works with consultants and contractors.
Scope of Work;
1. Liaison with Federal Government agencies for the proposal and budget approval.
2. Liaison with Federal Government agencies for project planning and implementation.
3. Liaison with Local Authorities for submission and approval plan.
4. Managing the projects from start to completion and close account.
5. Managing the tender exercise and construction contract.
6. Lead and coordinate with all parties involved in the projects.
7. Managing and close monitor construction activities on site.
8. Reporting to Head of Department/ management.

1. Sg.Segget river revitalization at Johor Bahru, Johor
2. Infrastructure at Sedenak Industrial Park for Data Centre Hub at Kulai, Johor.
3. Magic X project at UTM Skudai.
Projects Proposed at Bandar Putra, Kulaijaya, Johor such as infra works, bungalows, semi-d, terrace houses, shops, apartment service, school, restaurant, alfresco etc.
-Reporting to the top management for all the projects involved.
-Managing, coordinate and monitoring all consultants for the design, planning, submission and construction until CCC/CF.
-Liaise with Sales and Marketing Dept for issue related and requirements.
-Coordinating with Contract Dept and consultants for tendering and projects award.
-To monitor and ensure the supervision and QA/QC team to comply the quality of works, drawing and specification in contract.
-To chair related meeting and coordinate with all the issues between contractor and client.
-To liaise with PBT and utilities such as TNB, SAJ, TEL for the plan submission and application.
-To coordinate and monitoring all the consultants for design, submission and construction issues.
-To coordinate and ensure the contractor comply to the needs or client requirement, specification and contract.
-To monitor the work progress and cost as per in contract as well with the safety on site.
Project Proposed 13 Blocks of Shop lots (138 units) at Danga Utama, Johor Bahru.
-Coordinating with consultants and PBT for the design, planning, submission and construction.
-Coordinating with the in house supplier for site material.
-To coordinate and ensure the contractor comply to the needs or client requirement, specification and contract.
-To monitor the work progress and cost as per in contract.
-To monitor and ensure the supervision and QA/QC team to comply the quality of works, drawing and specification in contract.

-To advise, report to client and review on the technical, finishes, drawing, safety, authorities (PBT) issue raised up by contractor.
-To liaise with PBT and utilities such as TNB, SAJ, TEL etc.
As PMC for Design and Build project for University Kuala Lumpur at Johor Campus.
Scope of Works :
- Client representative on site.
- To coordinate and ensure the contractor comply to the needs or client requirement, specification and contract.
- To monitor the work progress and cost as per in contract.
- To monitor and ensure the supervision and QA/QC team to comply the quality of works, drawing and specifications in contract.
- To chair related meeting and coordinate with all the issues between contractor and client.

- To liaise with PBT and utilities such as TNB, SAJ, TEL etc.
-involved with Project Management Consultant Design and Build for Projek Perumahan Rakyat.
-planning of development and construction with MS Project.
-assisting the SPM for overall construction activities to ensure all contractual, HSE, time, quality and cost within the approved budget.
-assisting the SPM for the subordinates site staff.
-reporting and paper works to SPM or higher mgmt and client.

6. Design and Build for 2932 units for relocation of squatters - proposal
7. To take over the 460 units of abandon apartment - liaison with KPKT
Proposed and Completion of ProJET (M) Sdn.Bhd (Petrol kiosk and Conveniences Store)at Johor, Kajang and Seremban. Dealing with local council regarding submission and approval of Development Order, Building Plan and C.F. Application for Telekom, TNB and SAJ.
Had experience of site works for the construction of petrol kiosk. Coordination and monitoring with contractors, suppliers and vendors. Handover to marketing. Did some maintenance.
Degree of Civil Engineering from University Technology Malaysia. The grade is 2nd Lower Class.
