It is a training school for senior state executives, which we enter through a competitive examination consisting of written tests in law, economics, general culture, and English. After passing the written exams, candidates must take an oral examination followed by psychometric tests. Once admitted, they undergo 30 months of studies covering administrative law, economics, finance, accounting, auditing, public management, and English. During this period, students take evaluation exams and complete internship presentations. At the end of the 30 months of study, they are assigned, according to their ranking, either to judicial institutions, control bodies, or as public service advisors within ministries.
