Financial Closing:

Contact and follow up with customers on overdue accounts to resolve issues and ensure timely payment

Prepare and provide periodic and timely AR reports to management and sales teams to support decision-making and client relationships. Oversee billing, credit management, and collection processes.

Accounts Payable:

Preparing and following up reports on accounts payable for payments, aging and vendor invoices.

Reviewing vendor invoices, confirming accuracy against purchase orders and delivery notes.

Reconciling various financial entries, such as prepayments, advances, and vendor SOA, with the GL.

Ensuring that all transactions and payments comply with accounting regulations and company policies.

Auditing employee expense claims and analyzing expenses per department.
