Programme Test Manager on the Global & China IAM Cyber Security Programme
The Identity & Access Management cyber security programme envelopes the JLR complete user identity sphere including employees, customers, business partners and vehicles hosted around the UK, China, and the rest of the world. The programme was delivered using the ForgeRock Identity Access Management (IAM) platform, and the Wallix Privileged Access Management (PAM) and Endpoint Privilege Management (EPM) platforms, all which integrate with JLR’s enterprise SAP and Salesforce based systems. I am currently the End-to-End Programme Test Manager for all the Global & China testing.

Key Contributions:
• Creation, execution, and governance of the IAM programme Test Strategy.
• Set up and led teams of onshore/offshore QA Leads/Engineers (circa 30) including managing resources, financials, and forecasting.
• Implemented automation testing, to achieve a 70% reduction in regression testing effort, and fewer defects within the QA, INT, and PROD environments.

The newly created CDS system was designed to allow the UK government to cope with the increased international trade as part of Brexit and post-Brexit, and to improve the ability to respond to new international trade and taxation risks. The Tax-Free Childcare, and the Digital Evidence Capability programmes are two PEGA BPM & Case Management platform-based systems. The TFC system arose when the Government announced its intention to support working families with their childcare costs by giving support equivalent to 20% spent on childcare. The DEC system was created due to the need of the HMRC’s Counter Avoidance team wanting to reduce an estimated £13bn of tax in risk of tax avoidance schemes.
Key Contributions:
• Delivered the SIT & UAT testing for both projects in parallel, and on time, specifically for the TFC programme as it had a fixed Go-Live date mandated directly by government policy.
• Creation of cross-site test teams by recruiting testers and negotiating with other area leads to second added support to meet deadlines.

The CRMM application is a web based PEGA BPM application designed to capture risks associated with tax payments for companies within the various UK sectors. I was re-invited to be part of the testing team for the CRMM Improvements Project as I was previously involved in the successful testing, delivery and implementation of the of the original CRMM application in May 2011.

Project 1 - CRMM Improvements Project (CRMM2).

• System Integration testing with the Part Ordering and Manufacture Slotting System (PLO), the distribution system which plans delivery and receives updates from carriers worldwide (D42) and the Finance systems for invoice status.
• Delivery of the project is based on a bi-monthly release plan working to an agile development methodology.
• Knowledge of XML technologies using Classic FTP to transfer files between multiple servers for end 2 end testing.
