• Supervision of all the flights handled by NAS
• Making staff allocation for shift
• Provide on job training for the staff.
• Provide the solutions to the staff in case of any discrepancy.
• Motivate staff to achieve the maximum customer oriented service
• Brief and debrief the staff before and after shift.
• Monitor all activities of staff under passenger services department.
• Maintain good work relation with external authorities like DGCA
Supervision of On Time Performance for OS Flts
Supervision of Handling Agent staff at check in, ramp and load control.
Responsible for passenger, crew and aircraft in case of irregularity.
Document Checks
Responsible for arrangements of Operational Flight Plan, official pilot briefing and Met Folder etc.
Responsible for maximum acceptance of passenger, cargo and mail on every on time departure.
Co ordination with H/A Ticketing Staff for PTA’s, Reservation change penalties etc.
