Duties & Responsibilities
• Supply Chain Management
• Procurement of Raw materials, Consumables, Packing Material and Required Services for the outlet
• Costing and the pricing of the Product.
• Monitoring the Daily Sales and collections.
• Payments to the vendors.
• Payroll and Petty Cash.
• Preparation of MIS Report & Presentation
• Monthly and yearly Stock valuation.
• VAT filing and Submissions
• Finalization of monthly and yearly Accounts and presentation to the Management.
• Preparation of Cash Flow and Budgeting
• Data Base Integrities of the companies Files and information and Renewals

1-Accounts Receivables Monitoring the collections of all showrooms & Dealears located in U.A.E and Overseas and ensure the all cash, cheques, credit card towards the sales are deposited/credited in Bank Account and reconcile the same
2-Reconciliation of cutomers ledger Account, spooling and submiting the Debtors Report on monthly basis to Finance manager and CEO.
3-Accounts Payables Voucher matching of MRNs in the system & ensuring proper filing for easy referencing in the future Preparing payment schedules & discussing with Finance Manager.
4-Ensuring that the payments are made as per the payment schedule.
5-Monitoring advance payments made for Purchases, Expenses & Monitoring the showroom’s utilities, rent and sponsorship etc.
6-A/P Reconciliation with G/L Monthly Accounts: 7-Assisting Finance Manager / Senior Accountant in the preparation of monthly accounts by providing relevant information & all related reports. Reconciliation of accounts with associate companies.
7- Bank reconciliation
8-Finalization of Associated Company Accounts

Reconciliation of Cash, Bank & selected General Ledgers.

Executing day to day accounts such as collection, Payments and Deposits

Maintain the Cash, Bank Book, General ledger, Purchase Register & Sales Register.

Internal Audit works & preparation of Profit/Loss A/c & Balance sheet of clients

Reconciliation of Cash, Bank & selected General Ledgers.
