I handled management issues, budgeting, planning, Contracts and lead our team of the IT Department.
In addition, I am providing direct technical support and supervision to handle all systems for Gulf Takaful Insurance, Understanding the Business process, implementing and maintaining Policies & Procedures, Installing and testing application software, managing upgrade and changes, problems and incidents.
Also I handled management issues, budgeting, planning and lead our team.
• Make decisions concerning strategic initiatives using broad-based business information and implementation of adequate technology
• Oversee, Support, facilitate and approve development, modifications and Implementation of Section level objectives and plan
• Review IT strategy, objectives and plan and make changes, if required, based on business and customer’s needs.
• Ensure the alignment of IT strategy, objectives and plan with company’s strategy, objectives, plan and organize and establishes IT Awareness Programs in support of enterprise objectives
• Motivate employees and develop their skill to continuously improve their technical capability to meet organization needs.
Projects & Achievements:
1- Shifting the company email form exchange server to Microsoft 365 office for all the users with plan ME3.
2- Integration motor claims with Partner Network Group (PNG) to upload all claims data to Gulf Takaful system.
3- Start working to create a new online travel system for agency using.

1- AIMS System Include modules :
a- General Insurance System(UW and Claims)

System from Jordan In addition, I creating queries, reports and Procedures using Oracle Reports 6i and linking with the system for the business users using AIMS system. I have also incorporated aging analysis in the system and can generate daily, monthly, quarterly & yearly reports.

System from ARIG Bahrain and was actively participating in UAT and training the business users. The system is developed using Visual Basic 6 as front-end and Oracle 11g database.

a- Online Statistic Viewer Module for the management using Oracle Developer 8i and Reports 6i which monitors minute-by-minute transactions for all production departments.

d- Loading third party agent polices using Oracle Developer 8i, Report 6i and 9i, 11gR2(Working now) and 11g database
e- I also involved on creation a new database using 11gR2 & moving the data to the new database.
5- Implement Pull/ push SMS messaging system for external customer notifications
6- Implement accounting integration for achieving automatic GL daily posting via two core insurance systems.

I am exclusively handling the complete ARIMA, AIMS Insurance and BURGAN HR application and their functionality.

Also I handled management issues, Creating budgeting, planning and lead our team. Systems Handled: Managing General Insurance System, providing extensive support to Motor and Finance department by creating queries, reports and Procedures using Oracle Reports 6i and linking with the system for the business users using AIMS system . Insurance Software Developer (Motor, General Accident and Fire (FGA), Marine and Governmental Health). Accounting (payables, receivable, etc) using PREMIA system.
Hands on experience in providing quality IT Service. Was involved in ISO7799 certification process for the business systems and processes.
Responsibilities:
Worked as Senior developer, involved in upgrade of existing business application, To provide solution to application related issues and develop new modules as an when required.
Was also involved in migrating the old HR System to Microsoft’s Great Plains Human Resource, Payroll and Stock System.
Imaging system program (Hummingbird), which deal with scanning and saving all the data needed, customize form and the report.
Worked as a part of team to develop a currency exchange program using Oracle Forms.
Developed Medical & Life Insurance module for individual and group using Java, J-developer, Oracle Forms and Oracle 8I. Developed temporary web site for GIC company using HTML and Java Script.

Graduation Project: Designing programs using Oracle & Delphi Languages to provide dental clinics with tools to save and retrieve all information needed about their patient. This includes patient personal information, date of visit, scheduling, type of work done, remarks given, medicine taken, billing, reminder of potion daily coming appointment, etc. This program helps dentists to be more organizes, professional, providing quality service, and save time and efforts on the long-run. As a result dentists will have more satisfied and happier clients which deals to a successful business.
