In addition, I am providing direct technical support and supervision to handle all systems for Gulf Takaful Insurance, Understanding the Business process, implementing and maintaining Policies & Procedures, Installing and testing application software, managing upgrade and changes, problems and incidents.

Projects & Achievements:
1- Shifting the company email form exchange server to Microsoft 365 office for all the users with plan ME3.
2- Integration motor claims with Partner Network Group (PNG) to upload all claims data to Gulf Takaful system.
3- Start working to create a new online travel system for agency using.

System from Jordan In addition, I creating queries, reports and Procedures using Oracle Reports 6i and linking with the system for the business users using AIMS system. I have also incorporated aging analysis in the system and can generate daily, monthly, quarterly & yearly reports.

System from ARIG Bahrain and was actively participating in UAT and training the business users. The system is developed using Visual Basic 6 as front-end and Oracle 11g database.

Hands on experience in providing quality IT Service. Was involved in ISO7799 certification process for the business systems and processes.
