I joined Expeditors International as an Apprentice, where I gained comprehensive exposure to domestic freight forwarding and logistics operations. During my tenure, I managed end-to-end shipment processes, including planning, coordination, dispatch, and movement tracking. I prepared and maintained critical operational documents such as EDOC, dockets, and ERP/BLUME updates with high accuracy and regulatory compliance. My role involved coordinating with transport vendors, carriers, and internal teams to ensure smooth cargo flow and on-time delivery, while also handling high-value and white-glove shipments with strict service-level adherence. I proactively communicated shipment updates to customers, addressed queries, and contributed to enhancing operational efficiency through improved turnaround time, service accuracy, and stronger workflow discipline.

I completed my internship at D.T Enterprise Pvt. Ltd, where I gained practical exposure to logistics and supply chain operations. During my internship, I assisted in monitoring daily shipment activities, coordinating with vendors and transport partners, and ensuring smooth material movement across the supply chain. I supported documentation processes, maintained shipment reports, and helped in improving communication flow between operations teams and customers. This experience enhanced my understanding of warehousing operations, logistics planning, and real-time supply chain challenges, while strengthening my teamwork, communication, and operational execution skills.
