JOB PROFILE
•Responsibility of Grow/Degrow of New eNode-B (0.85GHz, 1.8 GHz AND 2.3 GHz Band)
•Check reachability of media or Cisco to eNod-B using SecureCRT Tool.
•Responsibility of Package Upgradation of eNode-B(0.85 GHz, 1.8 GHz AND 2.3 GHz Band)
•Performing OSS Snapshot of eNode-B commissioning (0.85 GHz, 1.8 GHz AND 2.3 GHz Band)
•Performing Integration of eNode-B sites(0.85 GHz, 1.8 GHZ AND 2.3 GHZ Band)
•Performing major/minor troubleshooting for eNode-B, RRH, GPS antenna and RET
•Responsibility to set RET using JCP Tool.
•Responsibility of making I&C tracker.
•Responsibility of MME configuration at eNode-B side.
•Responsibility of RET firmware Upgradation
•Responsibility of setting DHCP to STATIC environment parameter into eNode B.
•Integration and troubleshooting of Outdoor Small Cell
•Carrier Aggregation of 2300 MHz, 1800 MHz and 850 MHz bands
JOB PROFILE
•Presently Responsible For Roll Out of NSN-Vodafone LTE Project for Mumbai Circle.
•Management of Sub- contractor / Vendor and Supervisor with available resources.
•Management & Co-ordination with vendors for project implementation.
•Responsible for the Survey, MRN and Installation & Commissioning of eNod-B.
•Resolving and clear alarm generated after Commissioning.
•Working As Local NOC for Alarm Rectification In Network For Project
•Resolving Transmission Related issue.
•Also Experience on BTS Swapping Ultra to MR 10 and Flexi to MR10.
•Also Experience on BTS Swapping Ericsson to Nokia MR
•Ret Configuration And Alarm Rectification By Using Remote Login

•Accurate survey of new site proposed
•Carrying out installation of new site
•Deep knowledge about all the Samsung equipments used in the Reliance JIO project
•Installing site with 100% quality without any punch points
•Clear all alarm after installation if they generate
•Speed test after completion of installation
•Clear the Acceptance sheet with rectification of all punch points and providing 100% quality
•Also knowledge of CISCO Switch configuration
•End to End Operation and Maintenance Support
