• Manage creative development, effective media evaluation & planning for all ATL/BTL communication by interfacing with creative, media, digital & PR agencies to achieve maximum return on investments
• Prepare and implement annual and monthly brand plans in active interaction with Retail and other channels to achieve business objectives.
• Spearheading new media and digital initiatives for the Brand
• Evaluate and track market reactions to advertising programs, brand activations and others to ensure timely adjustment of marketing strategy & way forward.
• Planning & managing > Rs 20 Cr brand marketing budget & spends.
Key Achievements
• Part of the crack team to strengthen Allen Solly’s core positioning and values.
• Successfully re-claimed, re-launched & appropriated the “Friday Dressing” concept for Allen Solly & build it further over 2 campaigns
• Prepared a complete digital strategy and successfully created a strong digital eco system for the Brand.

• Marketing lead for Van Heusen’s foray into sport inspired clothing & its launch in spring summer 2011. In one month of operations, it contributed 10% revenue to the total business
• V Dot at next level: Signing on and successful 360 degree launch of first brand ambassador - John Abraham for V DOT.
• Planned and executed the first ever TVC of V Dot in October 2011 with John Abraham
• Took Van Heusen woman to the next league and signed on a brand ambassador- Nargis Fakhri as part of its foray into the next level.
• Project lead for brands entry into E- Commerce

Job Responsibilities
• Plan and manage > Rs 25 Cr brand budget, monitor and control process hygiene in overall spends strategy
• Responsible for overall brand marketing strategy and communication for Van Heusen, Van Heusen Woman & V dot
• Strategizing, Planning and executing annual marketing brand plan & activation in line with the business objectives.
• Constantly monitor and analyze brand performance by conducting brand health tracking studies, consumer research to strengthen Brand positioning & capitalize on opportunities
• Plan activations for new exclusive brand stores, departmental stores and trade outlets to drive in higher foot falls/ sales.
• Planning and Implementing all ATL and BTL brand activities. Optimizing seasonal media plans as per the regional business requirements
• Aligning with retail team on various CRM activation and communication to loyalty members
