-To know who our guests are and provide them
with product and excellent service
-Provide efficient, friendly and professional service to
all guests
-Take initiative that interactions to the guests are
positive and productive.
-Achieve a level of service quality and
professionalism that consistently meets and
preferably exceeds the guest's expectations.
-Monitor daily maintenance, cleanliness of the
restaurant and grooming of staff. Ensure all menus
are clean and up to date. Handling and acting as a
shift leader
-To ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant
that will benefit our guests
-To provide the guest with the product and service as
per the standard set by the Jumeirah Messilah Beach
Hotel Kuwait
Propose, and initiate when approved, new services
and promotions for our guests
-Monitor daily maintenance, cleanliness of the
restaurant and grooming of staff. Ensure all menus
are clean and up to date. Ensure all buffet and table
set-ups are up to standard
-To ensure proper cashing up of the transactions and
invoices via Micros efficiently and correctly adhering
too company cashiering procedures
-Suggestive selling and up-selling
-Practicing to be flexible in assisting in different areas
of the hotel in response to business and client needs

Greeting and checking in guests
Making dining and entertainment arrangements and
keeping guest rooms and suites up to the hotel and
guest standards.
-Taking in-room check-ins & in-room check-outs and
handling guest calls to ensure smooth service
-Presenting options and alternatives to guests and
offering assistance in making choices
-Up Selling higher room category, Unique Dining, SPA &
other hotel services
-Overseeing packing and unpacking activities
-Coordinating laundry services for guests as
requested, coordinating pick-up and delivery of items
as needed
-Meeting all in-house guests, taking their feedback &
planning itinerary for their stay. Customizing
amenities, special room decor & set-ups.
