 Developing / coordinating for the submission of Quality Plan, Procedures and ITP’s.
 Ensuring Customer / Clients Quality requirements are fulfilled and appropriate corrective and preventive actions are taken for Customer Complaints.
 Ensure that the Quality Management System requirements are established, implemented and maintained as per the Aramco Schedule-Q & Client Requriments.
 Ensure that all non-conformance issues, are promptly investigated, corrective and preventive actions are proposed / implemented and are quickly closed out.
 Conducting Management Review & ensure Customer Satisfactions are monitored / measured and improvement / corrective actions taken for weak areas.
 Responsible for Corporate QA team for the QMS recertification’s Audits and Yearly servillience Audits by certification agency.
