Effectively and efficiently manage the production of the required daily/weekly/monthly targets in line with customer specifications, meeting quality and delivery expectations, minimizing costs where possible and ensure the required best working practices are maintained at all times.
Responsible for plant production, financial performance, meeting customer requirements and maintaining the orderly and productive operation of planned activities.
Ensure the target productivity level is achieved on a daily basis.
Update the production plan on a daily basis.
Follow the inspection of implementation and acceptance protocol on the new production lines between (GD, SASIB) and our company.
Scheduling the periodic overhaul of machines.
Communicate and liaise with other departmental managers regarding throughput of stock to ensure production targets are met.
Estimating costs and preparing budgets.
Managing the development of the new product design to ensure cost reduction and increase productivity.
Direct communication with suppliers of raw tobacco and flavors to ensure the continuous production development.
Perform root cause analysis and resolve problems.
Assist and support new product development and improves existing products taking into consideration its raw materials functions, availability and cost.
Monitor daily waste and keep it on minimum level.
Control raw materials, spare parts inventory stock and consumption.
Review evaluation plans and risk reduction methodology.
Identify and propose the optimization affecting the production lines.
Ensure that the function operates in accordance with any health, safety and environmental policies and procedures to ensure the safety of staff.
• Participated in the establishment and set up of ALFAKHER new factory located in Egypt.
• Managed the primary and secondary tobacco molasses production.
• Was responsible for all production planning activities to ensure the availability of raw material
• Worked closely with the sales department to forecast the raw material requirements.
• Review production schedules, engineering specifications, orders, and related information to obtain knowledge of manufacturing methods, procedures and activities.
• Executed all production orders on the ERP system.
• Contributed with risk management plan, Audits and CAPA.
• Control closing, waste and efficiency process.
• Coordinated the installation process of telecom towers.
• Acted as project coordinator for TASC towers
