Roles & Responsibilities:
 Worked with the quality team in Sharjah and Dubai to identify and implement varied initiatives
aimed at improving patient care quality.
 Collection of incident reports every day from the incident report box.
 Investigate the incident reports by interviewing the involved members of the hospital staff and
record their statements. Send an email to all the involved staff with corrective actions after coming
to the conclusion with the help of the whole team.
 Auditing different departments of the hospital on a daily basis with other members following the
monthly schedule.
 Auditing the entire hospital and conducting staff interviews on a monthly basis including all
departments.
 Weekly file audits to make sure complete documentation has been done by the staff.
 Responsible for the introduction of the stroke unit in the hospital and to set up the clinical
guidelines based on the benchmark provided.
 Collect data in various departments to make sure of continuous improvement in the hospital.
 Updated the old antibiotic guidelines with the new ones provided by the DHA.
 Updated the guidelines for the flow of the instruments from one department to another.
 Updated old clinical/non-clinical guidelines or make new ones based on the hospital needs.
 Participated in updating the Dubai Quality Award criteria.
 Involved in the JCI accreditation of the Indian hospital associated with Zulekha.
