01. Preparation of consolidated financial statements quarterly and
annually for a listed Company in accordance with IFRS standards.
02. Prepare and submits timely and accurate monthly financial
statements and ad hoc financial reports that are appropriate for the
users and in accordance with IFRS standards and accepted
accounting policies and principals.
03. Perform monthly financial analysis of accounts/areas which show
major deviation when compared to previous year and budget and
address the reasons
04. Analyzes trends in capital expenditure, expenses and revenues as
well as other related areas.
05. Ensuring books of accounts are complete and compliant with the
IFRS standards.
06. Assists in preparation of required reports for external audit, internal
audit and various compliance audits.
07. Filing various reports with Stock Exchange on a quarterly and annual
basis.
08. Consolidates and analyzes financial data, extracts and defines
relevant information as per the requirement.
09. Assists in preparing various reports for banks such as
standalone/Consolidated financial statements, Business plan etc.
10. Assist in identifying and highlighting significant variances in the
ledger accounts.
11. Assist in finding solution for system related issues and other daily
operation issues.
12. Supports various other roles of the finance function as and when
required by the management.
