 Leading the FCP (Factory Cost Price) Rationalization project, which involves evaluating the validity of the FCP assigned,
analyzing & identifying FCP deviations against plan data which lead to margin erosion. The objective of this project is to
streamline FCP booking, improve plan accuracy, bring in savings leading to higher margins and support pricing strategy.
 Recognized with Spot Award in 2023 under the category ‘’Take Ownership to Deliver Fast’’ for logic setting and Market
P&L correction in the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) cycle.
