• Maintain and update Asset Track System inventory with implementing partners under sub-project funds. This include overseeing physical verification, bar-coding, uploading data into the MSRP system, preparing & printing of Right of Use Agreements (RoUs), follow-up on signing and documentation of (RoUs) as well as follow-up and regular updating.
• Administer and maintain Beneficiary Information System (BIS) including day-to-day maintenance, technical advise, training of UNHCR and Implementing Partner staff, uploading and updating of database, report generation, data entry quality check, ensure consistency and coherence of data, technical upgrading of database as required, etc.
• Cross check- BIS records against IP reports and identify/report discrepancies.
• Provide general support and assistance to the Associate Programme Officer in the management of sub-projects including budget entry, IPFR verification and maintenance of documentation and filing system.
• Provide back-up support for the proper maintenance and management of the ATM beneficiary list
• Administer and maintain Refugee Information Assistance System (RAIS) including day-to-day maintenance, technical advise, training of UNHCR and Implementing Partners staff, uploading and updating of database, report generation, data entry quality check, ensure consistency and coherence of data, technical upgrading of database as required, etc.
• Responsible for maintenance of the GIS software (MS Access, MapInfo, Imaging software ) installed in Information Co-ordination / GIS.
• Provide technical user-support services and training in UNHCR applications, including e-mail., upgrade the Software when instructed.
• Managing RAIS (refugee assistnce information system) project and GIS project for mor than 20 national and international orgnization
-Reporting software using Crystal reports.
