Assist with master planning, concept, project Briefs & Feasibility.
Cost control / reporting (Budget development, forecasting, spend profiling, period -end reporting, work in progress valuations).
Assisting the director with working with the client through the project life cycle, providing support and advisory services.
Managing project scopes, ensuring the project is delivered on time and to budget whist achieving all project objectives.
Managing the full life-cycle project management including business case development, feasibility, planning, design and delivery.
Support project delivery activities on a day to day basis, including issue resolution, progress and commercial reporting, risk management, budget management, document management and delivering to agreed schedules.
Ensuring project and resource plans are monitored and managed effectively and to the quality required.
Identifying emerging issues, risks, problems or variances to the agreed project plan and providing recommendations for potential courses of action.
Developing strong client relationships adding value for our clients, and enhancing existing client relationships.
Assist in communicating effectively with all stakeholders to ensure that all parties are kept informed on all relevant matters impacting and influencing projects.
Assist in the assessment, selection and management of suppliers, sub-consultants and contractors supporting the project.
Manage other project team members where required to ensure successful project delivery.

Participate and advice on the investigation of all accidents or high potential incident, implementation of corrective action and communicating the learning point to all managers internally as within the division group companies.
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly status report to monitor compliance.
Advise, monitor and to establish the best hygiene standards in the company.
Responsible for all engineering projects, design of the HSE Management programme.
Assist the Manager and Supervisors to carry out hazard analysis and preparing job Safety plan.
Monitor the HSE audits and major inspection and follow-up of the company activities.
Proper firefighting and safety awareness training program for division group and the most practical methods of building evacuation in cases of emergencies.
Conduct Safety introduction, orientation for all new staff.
Forma of safety committee-Audit and site inspection and conducting meeting.
Prepare weekly report of unsafe act, near misses, unsafe condition & open unsafe condition & rectification of the same.
Create, monitor and review the HSE Plan and System.
Manage and follow up for more than 80 locations allover Oman regarding the fire systems maintenance, fire alarm and safety equipment’s required.
Visit all locations for spot guidance on safe procedures, identification of the hazards and correct control measures.
Prior to purchase, ensure all safety equipment complies with company standards and specification and report any problem regarded the HSE to the management.
Maintain a systematic record keeping of all relevant safety matters review by the company's management. Arrange and renewing the HSE documentation.
Interface with the Police and Fire Departments, and Governments responded to all issues of HSE and the requirement as needed.
