DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible in blocking exclusions for all policies received from companies
Responsible to audit medically all out patient charges.
Complete inadequate clinical information on the claim form
Coordinating with treating doctor for any insufficient diagnosis
Coordinate with the treating doctor for any deficient approval for a particular case and write the request for approval
Coordinate with company doctors who visit admitted patients in the hospital
Reports any difficulties and problems to AR Manager.
Responsible in checking and replying all rejections
received from companies
