(Securities and Exchange Commission), open annual and quarter
reports to check companies' financials:

First, Segment analysis to ensure what is the element that affects
the company the most and how to maximize company's benefit
and minimize its loss through these data:
1. Revenue by product & region
2. Operating income by product & region
3. Research and development & marketing
4. Inventory types (work-in-process, beginning and
ending inventory)
5. Inventory methods (FIFO, LIFO or weighted average)
6. Depreciation methods

Second, Define sources of funds, whether the company relies
more on debt financing or equity financing, and how the company
manages its capital to achieve its plans and satisfy its investors,
using these data:
1. Debt index (issuing bonds or credit facility)
2. Interest income & interest expense
3. Off-Balance sheet financing
4. Common shares outstanding
5. Treasury shares
6. Dividends
7. Stock split

Finally, Ratio analysis on the scale of liquidity, leverage,
profitability and growth ratios then put a score that reflects the
company's overall financial position taking into consideration other
non-financial factors i.e., political, regulatory, technological factors,
that might affect the company's performance and operations.
