•Providing Governance & Risk Control consultation, training, awareness and guidance for Egypt (240+ Users).
•Implementing and supporting programs in the Technology Risk & Governance area.
•Monitoring compliance and performing periodical physical walkthroughs, log violations, and create reports to be shared with leadership team.
•Informing and responding to site located technology risk partners’ questions & queries related to policies and standards to enhance decision making and delivery of compliance (Middle East & Africa).
•Designing, documenting and deploying disaster recovery planning procedures to ensure business continuity with minimal business disturbance.
•Managing and optimizing the purchase, deployment, utilization, and disposal of software applications in Europe, Middle East, and Africa.
•Collaborating with other IT consultants on common risks to achieve optimization and coordination of controls and remediation activities.
Responsible for project delivery. Which has approval authority for all project related charges, assigning appropriate resources to the project and coordinating communication within the vendor’s team.
The most important tasks are;
•To schedule and coordinate project resources within the organization and ensure that the stated business objectives are being met.
•Responsible for ensuring all requirements are planned and executed in a manner that will meet the implementation organization's goals for the project. Key goals are to complete the project within the established time frame and budget and to a high degree of users satisfaction.
•Serve as a liaison between the implementation team and the appropriate Business Decision Makers within the organization. Additionally, submit regular reports to the project stakeholders outlining progress, project risks, and any additional required resources.
•Manage the availability of resources in the organization, namely the Key Users for each of organization's departments.
•Deploying, configuring and maintaining infrastructure services.
•Acting as the first line support for all company infrastructure systems on the server level and telephony systems.
•Building Access control System including access policy.
•Implementing Alcatel PBX based infrastructure and call manager express for all facility.
•Managing suppliers and acting as the contact person for all suppliers.
•Managing the IT Technicians including their task assignment, knowledge acquisition.
•Putting the draft for the company’s annual IT budget.
Responsible for installing maintaining Control system, instrumentation which include Sonocell system, DCS, Temperature system and fully electronic Truck Scale.
Providing direction and vision for the Instrumentation and Automation and Control Engineering technical team consist of 6 members. Performing team oversight, technical mentoring and talent development.
Managing automation and control systems projects - defining scope of work, developing estimates and project schedules, managing implementation plans and mitigating risks.
Coordinate the logistical tasks, choosing the correct workers and subcontractors, setting budgets and auditing inventory. Various logistical operations to consider include inventory management, order fulfillment and distribution.
Ensure effective and timely implementation of all Logistics daily operational goals inclusive of Shipping functions and Inventory Management.
Develop and initiate monthly reports having required project timelines, corporate metrics and productivity measurements.
Negotiate and support logistics costs meant for 3rd party logistics providers assisting yearly budget goals.
Ensure to process orders and on-time delivery by network of courier companies and warehouses.
Graduated from High Industrial Institute Electronics and control department (Automation and Instrumentation), after High school, over all degree is very good.
