Handling Customers and staff Complaints and turning a negative into a positive.
Solving the Maintenance issues.
Arranging transportation and Assigning Manpower for Set-up & Sales Events.
Attending Big Events like CITYSCAPE and IPS.
• Checking and replying to inbox emails and voice calls box.
• Answer Courteously Inbound Calls.
• Respond to Customer Inquiries (Projects prices and locations and giving advices, following their units situation…ext).
• Data Entry.
• Handling Complaints & trying to turn them into Compliments.
GSC Tasks:
- Handle Calls (Internal & External)
- Office Orientation
- Reservations
- Selling and Up Selling all the resort product,
- Daily Information / Briefing
- Handle Complaint, Lost and Found Items, Reports, and Promotions...
- Doing CID job also in : Banyan tree al wadi 5* hotel resort”, Rak, UAE
CID Tasks:
- Scan the documents and save them
- Enter and update Guests and Escorts information
- Checking out and changing room
- Searching for Guests/Escorts/Rooms
- Sending messages
