• Act positively, and participate in all health and safety issues at site, as required by the RE and the Project Safety Representatives.
• Provide all necessary on-site direction and assist the Resident Engineer to issue site instructions with respect to irrigation and associated items.
• Check and measure the performed work in his line of work, record and assist the Engineer to display progress vs. programmed work.
• Ensure correctness and completeness of ‘as-built’ drawings within his line of work.
• Perform any other essential duties that immediate superior may assign from time to time.

• To collect the survey data from site needed for designing an Irrigation Project e.g Water source location and type, capacity of water source, nature and type of plants or turf, type of soil, wind speed, evapotranspiration rate, Water Requirement, making rough sketch etc
• Design the Irrigation network by making design calculation on the basis of site data.
• Check drawings of Irrigation network made by draughtman and ensure its submittal along with Design calculations to the consultant for approval.
• Raise material requisition according to Design for the Irrigation network.
• Giving Layout of the irrigation network as per approved drawing and Designs for execution with support of draftsman and surveyor.
• Managing Pipe fitter and labors during execution so that work is done according to Design and Specification.
• Providing all necessary details to QS for writing an inspection request of the work done at site for consultant Inspection visit.
• Facilitating Consultant during Inspection visit to the site so that all the work done mentioned in the request is inspected properly according to procedure and as per contract document.
• Making follow up of the inspection requests which are not approved or pending with QS and consultant.
• Keep in touch with Procurement department as well as with warehouse to ensure timely availability of the material at site.
• After completing physical work at site, properly test and commissioned the Irrigation network as per standard procedure.
• Provide all details to the draftsman for making as built drawing of the Irrigation network for consultant review and approval.
• Coordinate with Consultant or his representative regarding any technical matter at site during execution.

1. To provide technical support to Project Managers to manage Water supply Project in the earthquake affected areas of Khyber Pukhtun khawa Pakistan.
2. Successfully manage the Construction of targeted Shelters and latrine during Mardan emergency Response for Internally displaced Peoples of Swat in Mardan and Sawabi Pakistan.
3. Designed and ensure Implementation of Water Supply Projects and Community Physical Infrastructure Projects i.e Irrigation channels, Pathways, Shingle Roads, PCC Roads, Water Ponds during Flood emergency Response 2010 in district Shangla and Kohistan KPK Pakistan,
4. Surveyed, Designed, Prepare Detail BOQ, Estimates, Drawings, Provide Specifications, Prepared PC1s, for 39 Micro Hydro Power Plants and 22 Water driven Flour Grinding mill in the Targeted areas of kohistan and Shangla during Jan 2011 to Dec 2013.
5. Successfully Construct, Installed and commissioned 39 Micro Hydro Power Plants and 22 Water driven Flour Grind mill through managing a team of Field Engineers and Technical supervisors.
6. Support the Project Manager Micro Hydro Power Plant during Signing of MOU, Agreements and Dialogues during Feasibilities with communities.
7. Conducted Operation & Maintenance Trainings for Operators of Micro Hydro Power Plants.
8. Provide support to Project Manager during weekly and monthly reporting as well as during Planning and monitoring of Progress.
9. Managing Budgets, Preparing Cash forecast, and Review Monthly based Financial Reports.
10. Supporting Program support team in matters like Selection of vendor, Bidding Process, and managing supply chain of Project materials.
11. Ensured that Quality material for Program activities procured.
12. To work in close collaboration with line departments & Partner organizations to ensure that all interventions are compatible with local needs /sectoral strategy.
13. Laboratory analysis of different water parameters to ensure that it is safe for drinking purposes.
