Worked as a telemarketer in CBS group. I used to make sales and schedule appointments as I always nominated for the best agent of the month. Then I got promoted to a supervisor in CBS group call centre in which I used to control, guide, and supervise my team to insure the increase of the production and better the quality of the service.
Front desk agent in a Reyad my job duty was to take reservations, do the check in and check out, help tourists to find what they are looking for by providing them with infromation about the city and its touristic attraction and solve any technical problems they are facing.
