Working as Operations Manager - soft service, I'm looking for the Security contracting company, Housekeeping contracting company, Safety and customer service in addition to the stores, Logistics and Etc.

• Effectively manage the Security Team at the site location(s), ensuring that all company defined goals and appropriate productivity are met.
• Maintain Staffing by screening, hiring and training Officer Staff.
• Proactive assessments identifying areas for improvement, defining goals based on those assessments, and developing and implementing actionable items to achieve the defined goals
• Interacts with the Group Management in professional manner; evaluates service quality and initiates any necessary corrective action in a timely manner.
• Establishes working relationships with Site Managements Team, Facilities, HSE, HR, Legal and IT
• Interfaces with Security Vendors when necessary; coordinating installations, service and maintenance as needed.
• Create, implement and track Security Officer Training.
• Prepare and coordinate staffing schedules for the site; ensure that scheduling is handled effectively.
• Update and maintain site Standard Operating Procedures to ensure the consistent service quality
• Prepare and present necessary information, training, reports, reviews and audit results at scheduled meetings or as requested by Security & Group Management.
• Manage controllable costs ensuring compliance with the financial parameters defined on the pricing model.
• Liaise with Police and DPS as required and solving the Security related issues.

• Operational Control, management and supervision of the Security and Safety & Traffic Management within the mall with 100 Security Officers, 97 Traffic Marshal, 04 Senior Supervisors and 7 Supervisors. (total staffs are 210)
• Operational Control, management and supervision of the Security Control Room with 10 CCTV Operators Monitoring 1800 Cameras covering the Mall Exterior and interior areas and ensure its confidentiality.
• Carry out routine audits of site key management and Lost & Found processes and reporting to the Client Operations Manager and deal with Police and Charity Institutes for handing over the Non-retrieved valuable Lost & Found items.
• Preparation of the Training Plan and delivering training to all Security staffs, including
Pre Deployment induction training, firefighting training, Evacuation, Bomb threat, toolbox
talks and any specific client dictated training or any updates from DPS etc.
• Prepare and implement the site EOP’s and SOP’s and all Security related Documentations.
• Managing and implementing the Security Officers leave and deployment plan.
• Assist with and contribute to the Staff Disciplinary, Grievance and Appraisal processes.
• Undertake investigations and prepare Security Incident Reports.
• Attend Routine and regular meetings with the client to understand the feedback and report it to G4S branch’s Business Manager.
• Preparing the Daily, monthly Reports and reporting to the Mall Operations Senior Manager.
• Liaison with Police and DPS as required and solving the Security related issues.

- The basic job is Operational Control, Security Documentation and Reporting Procedures.

-Managing the Team of 67 Security Officers and 5 Patrolling Supervisors and preparing their day off plan, leave and deployment plan.

- Preparing the Monthly & Daily Reports and reporting to the KFM (Khadamat Facilities Management) operation Manager and keeping the proper record of Incident/ Occurrences Reports.

- Preparing the daily patrolling plan for the Patrolling Supervisors and giving them task accordingly.

-Visiting customers to meet their demands.

- Dealing with incident reports and taking proper actions Issuing warning letters accordingly.

• Preparing the Monthly & Daily Reports and reporting to Borouge Fire Chief and HSE&Q Manager.
• Develop and maintain positive relations between the security company “G4S” and the client “Borouge”.
• Monitors the Control Room Panel and deal with Radio communications, hot lines, CCTV system, Fire Water Pumps, Deluge and Sprinkler systems and Public Address systems.
• Communicate with the Crisis Management Team in the event of real fire or Major gas leakage.
• Report and deal with all types of fire alarms (Smoke, Heat, Flame, VESDA, Deluge, sprinkler, Aragonite), gas alarms and supervisory alarms to the fire supervisor and directs the Fire Fighters to check the alarms and incidents and updates them about wind direction, wind speed, water pumps pressure and flow etc. to ensure prompt and efficient response to emergency without loss of life.
• Manage the critical safety registers including, maintenance and preparation of the daily, weekly and monthly records of Hot & Cold work and confine space etc. and stand by duties of the site fire brigade.
• To record all events and actions in a clear, legible and accurate written format. To provide an efficient and courteous radio and telephone answering service and deal efficiently with all enquiries.
• Communicate directly with REFMAC members (Ruwais Emergency Fire and Mutual Aid Committee) in event of real Fire or Gas leak.
• Monitor security officers to enforce Security & Safety Programs at all Posts as per Site SOP.
