Responsible for the Total Quality Management (Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Water
Treatment & Laboratory) to optimal performance and compliance of the company’s quality
system.
- Implement and apply the Quality System as per GSO & ISO standards with full Compliance
- Ensure Local rules, policies and standard operating procedures are complied with.
- Coaching and development program for all the team to meet business expectations, needs and
KPI’s (work plan; assign work activities, projects and programs; monitor work flow; review and
evaluate work products, methods and procedures)
- Provide staff training; conduct performance evaluations; implement discipline procedures as
required; maintain discipline and high standards necessary for the efficient and professional
operation of the Department.
- Supervise teams of operators, Develop and implement departmental goals, objectives, plant
policies and procedures
- Ensure Good Manufacture Practices, policies and standard operating procedures are
complying with health standards by regularly testing all the processes and keeping records.
- Match all the standard methods with the MOH test methods to be fully compliant
- Direct and oversee the development and implementation of procedures and programs
including safety, maintenance, scheduling, emergency response, process control, purchasing,
training, and optimization studies.
- Responsible for maintaining a safe work environment and ensuring all equipment is in proper
working condition
- Develop and implement operational efficiencies of Water Treatment for product quality
guarantee and full assessment.
- Oversee the water treatment, distribution and daily operations of water treatment unit.
- Recommend and assist new factory alterations in the planning and implementation a new
water treatment unit; interact with and oversee the work of contractors to ensure the hygienic
design standards are adhered to.
- Prepare the Department budget; assist in budget implementation; participate in the forecast
of additional funds needed for staffing, equipment, materials and supplies; administer the
approved budget.
- Support innovation & renovation of the company systems & New products in relation with
quality by research and prepare technical and administrative reports
- Represent the department and company to outside agencies and governmental organizations
(NFSA, Chamber of food industries, MOH, EOS…etc.); participate in outside community and
professional groups and committees; provide technical assistance as necessary.
- Coordinate factory activities with the regulatory bodies through joint committees and regular
communications with their operations staff.
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with co-workers, other regulatory bodies
employee, outside agencies, and the public using principles of good customer service.

- Oversee compilation and submittal of technical reports to regulatory bodies; interact with
regulatory bodies as required.
Prepare and support the company to comply with the standards of the
National Food Safety Authority (NFSA)
And register in the white list
- Responsible for the optimal organization, performance and compliance of the company’s
quality system.
- Responsible that all quality processes of the business unit to meet or exceed established goals
/ KPI’s
- Developing & support implementation of the company’s quality strategy & objectives &
Operational Master Plan
- Implement and apply the Quality System (GMP, HACCP, QMS, Hygiene, FSSC 22000 and ISO
9001-2015…...…)
- Developing & support continuous improvements activities of quality culture & awareness
- Track the quality & non-quality costs as well as other quality KPI’s & MRQ
- Ensure coaching and development of resources to meet business’s objectives
- Support innovation & renovation of the company systems & products in relation with quality
- Ensure quality technical support in developing and approving new products
- Assist all the departments (production, purchasing, marketing, sales & distribution, operations)
providing them with services necessary to apply the quality system and ensure quality.

safety, available of equipment to carry out analyses, internal and external quality control
- Responsible for the analytical competence of technicians to perform the required analysis
- Responsible for the correct and on time reporting of results to customers and the follow up of
any customer complaints
- Manage the technicians training plan and development needs
- Validate and establish validation dossiers for new and existing methods according to Nestle
Validation Standards
- Select, organize and follow up analyses performed by subcontracted labs
Assist factories and markets in matters related to instrumentation, analytical monitoring and

- Support factories in implementing method updates, alternative methods, and in establishing
monitoring plan
- Responsible for the adequate follow up on results of proficiency tests and inter laboratory
comparisons,
- Responsible for performing root cause analysis in case of poor results and in applying
corrective action
- Ensure the proficiency and optimal functioning of the laboratory in order to provide the best
analytical services to the factory and markets
- Preparation of specifications for raw material, semi finish and finished goods
- Responsible of releasing all Raw & Packaging Material
- Responsible of Hygiene and on Line Quality Control Activity
- Responsible for all Chemical analyses
- Responsible for all Microbiological Analyses that related to Raw Material & Water.
- Follow up the integrity test results and responsible for the corrective action on time
- Monitor and follow up the progress in the Line Health Program, Data Driven Clean &
Disinfection
- Prepare the documents for the line start up to have the release from the regional QA in the
zone.
- Preparing the Quality Monitoring Scheme (Inspection Plan) for RM, PM, in process and finished
product.
- Applying 5-Why and solving problem tools to determine the root cause for the process failure.
- Responsible for document control for Q.A and FSMS.
- Mapping the Risk Assessment and Food Defense with the team.
- Responsible for Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Internal Control Plan (ICP) to assure the
precision of the results.
- Assure laboratory safety instruction is applied in place.
- Team member in HACCP team. (has a deep knowledge about the hazard and risk assessment,
potential hazards, CCP decision tree, ISO 22000)
- Train the new hired employees on GMP, Sanitation, material handling best practices and
applying the QMS.
- Train the new hired employees on Quality Awareness
- Member in the Food Safety team
- Responsible for GMP and food hygiene in the factory and the related reports.
- Responsible for effectiveness of the Pest Control management system.
- Follow up net content control.
- Prepare the release document and assure the results of the analysis are within the
specifications.
- Arrange and or participate in audits (supplier, ext. warehouse)
