¬ Helping pre-sales in building technical proposal like designing and drafting technical requirement for ISYX clients.
¬ Giving POC’s on various technology products which includes Hyper converged, DC-DR failover & failback, backup appliances (software/hardware), antivirus and end point solutions.
¬ Post to sales, implementing the solution as proposed and documenting each activity.
¬ Providing hands on training on the solutions provided and implemented by ISYX to their clients during the project delivery.
¬ Post-delivery support to customers on the solutions provided by ISYX and handling different level of escalations until the closure.
Configuring and deploying various types storage, SAN switches and OS on servers including virtualization of servers and applications.
Supporting clients on VSAT and Datacenter solutions
