Roles & Responsibilities:
Responsible for ongoing hardware and Software maintenance of company desktop environment.
Support and troubleshoot technical IT issue.
Investigating and Resolving Printer and scanner related issues.
Installation and Configuration of Application, printer and Scanner, drivers.
Installation on Hikvision IPCamera, cabling & biometric machine.
Setup local User and Microsoft Windows OS, Office 365 Product and applications.
Actively monitor system for any issues and update as needed.
Replace and upgrade parts as required.
Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Working on ESXi host VMware and HP blade system (C7000) and managing the host using
Vcenter server 6.5, VMware VSphere, VMware ESXi 6.5 & ESXi 6.7
Responsible for deployment, configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting of Virtual Machine.
Working on alerts like high CPU utilization, memory utilization and disk utilization.
Working with ESXi host and cluster installation.
Creation of template, snapshot and management as per project requirement.
Working on VM compatibility upgrade and VMware tools installation.
Working on Incident request and service request.
Responsible for ESXi Host and ESXi Remote console troubleshooting.
Responsible for Hardware management in case of faulty hardware like DIMM replacement,
Battery replacement, HDD replacement, Mother board replacement etc.
Working on patch upgrade using Upgrade Manager in ESXi.
Monitor, troubleshoot and capacity planning of Virtual Machines using Vcenter server.
Having basic knowledge of Standard Switch and Distributed Switch Management.
knowledge of HA, DRS, vMotion .
Implemented highly available virtual environments using VMWare/ESXi infrastructure.
Roles and Responsibilities undertaken:
Performing regular security checks on workstations and servers.
Managing Networks devices: Routers, switches, wireless modems.
Proficient in monitoring and troubleshooting the network/link in case of any breakdown.
Proficient in WAN, LAN, Technologies.
Resolving network related issues.
Monitored and maintained performance of network devices.
Installation of windows server on physical hardware, maintaining, monitoring, and troubleshoot.
Working on Active Directory and Outlook email installation, configuration in servers.
Administration activities such as setting user accounts, roles, access, and privileges.
