**Responsible for selling of Kobelco Excavator, Kohler Generator, Coelmo Tower Light, New Holland Tractors in Abu Dhabi & Al Ain area
** Responsible for selling & to mange the JCB Heavy Line Equipment’s (Excavator, Wheel Loader & Compactor etc)
• Managing all sales activities from the time a customer is met until sales was executed & payment was received

** Responsible for selling of Hyundai Excavator, Wheel Loader, Forklift, Skid Steer Loader, Backhoe Loader & Compactor etc
• Managed all sales activities from the time a customer is met until sales is executed and payment is received
• Attended meeting with customer /call, correspondences & prompt replies
• Developed the quotations and arranging the delivery schedule
• Ensured timely follow-up for enquiries, P.Os. & payments
• Provided support to the customer for after sales service and advise them on time for routine service
• Accountable for integrating on lost orders and rectifying measures
• Generated consolidated reports & activities of our daily customer visit & call

o HELI - China (Forklift & Wheel Loaders)

o Metso Crusher - France (Fixed & Mobile Crusher)
• Responsible for convincing all showroom (walking) customer
• Interacted with Sales Engineers (Prepare Quotation / Machine Specification / Reports / Customer Database etc.)
• Arranged all sales material & delivery of equipment (PDI & Delivery etc)
• Developed monthly sales engineer’s consolidated reports - Sales Analysis
• Collected information about running / upcoming project thru internet & Saudi Tenders (Subscribed)
• Managed all incoming and outgoing emails / faxes -reply as per manager instruction
• Obtained daily activity reports from the sales engineer’s & entered in Oracle System and report to management
• Ensured the timely follow up for the credit approval of customer with head office
• Managed all necessary documents from the customer for Registration / Istimara of the sold machines
• Resolved network & software problems of all office computers (15 computers)
• Provided information to IT Department about any major problem of networks, computers and software’s and resolved as per their instruction
