Key Responsibilities:
Implement facility Safety Standards, integrate safety into all maintenance operations and ensure working conditions and safety at work.
Conduct risk assessments of cables, PVC, and wood plant equipment's, processes, and projects in maintenance department.
Schedule and supervise major equipment repairs, overhauls, and rebuilding to ensure that it is fully operational and safe to operate within schedule requirements while considering long-term maintenance costs.
Responsible for Investigating and diagnosing root causes of breakdowns and implement RCA to develop programs and solutions to reduce/eliminate future occurrences.
Responsible for Identify deficiencies in maintenance processes and develop sustainable improvement through applying and optimizing PM / PdM activities to drive improvement in asset mean time between failures.
Manage Failure Reporting, Analysis, and Corrective Action System (FRACAS) process. To include weekly downtime reporting and monthly FRACAS meetings with action plan developed for high downtime assets affecting OEE.
Develop PM machine scheduling to ensure PM activities are being completed and oversee Predictive maintenance programs such as vibration analysis, thermal imaging analysis and oil analysis.
Plans, schedules and coordinates manpower requirements for department maintenance and equipment repairs to reduce equipment downtime minimize cost and contribute to production efficiencies.
Support Autonomous Maintenance strategy through training, mentorship, and strategy development.
Manage production special projects with APM to completion; assess results and provide feedback.
Manage routine maintenance spare parts inventory, following up track of PR, PO with purchase department expedite process and update SAP material master data for spare parts Consumption.
Manage maintenance master data for assets/Equipment’s in SAP including creation of new assets, updating existing asset data, reliability analysis for critical equipment, and analyzing equipment performance data.
Key Achievement/Projects:
Leading project of technical assessment for cable plant machines to evaluate current equipment performance, drive machine design improvements that need to upgrade and anticipate investments for replacement of obsolete equipment. Project decrease MTTR by 17% and increased MTBF by 23% of total hours.
Manage capital project plans of new extrusion line including site preparation work, equipment installation, commissioning, and startups process before released to production.
Lead overhauling project for NIEHOFF drawing machines gearboxes MM85 and HH121, covering work planning, required spare parts, tools, and work exclusion, which project reflect to increase machine efficiency by 20%
Managing and forecasting inventory 2022 for NIEHOFF, MAILLEFER, WCM (CORTINOVIS), SKET, ROSENDAHL, PS, BUSS, COPERIO, CAPE spare parts/consumables which reflect saving around 500, 000 SAR.
• Managing the work of new bread factory production line installing and provides technical/engineering support and services through project organization, execution, detail timelines and develop project proposals with scopes of work and financial justification.
Obtained a Bachelor's degree B.Sc In Mechanical and maintenance engineering
Exchange program in mechanical and maintenance engineering.
