• Assists in preparing a strategic plan and sets annual goals and policies
related to management in accordance with the objectives and strategy of
the General Authority.
• Assists in the implementation of strategic plans and projects and
ensures the integrity and accuracy of their implementation.
• Assists in preparing procedures and policies for the department and
works to improve and update these procedures to ensure effective
workflow.
• Assists in reviewing and following up on plans and strategies related to
investment, programs and financing initiatives and facilitating financing
procedures and loans to beneficiaries in the governorate.
• Provides the necessary recommendations and proposals to develop and
improve the financing programs provided and facilitate their procedures
for beneficiaries in the governorate.
• He is keen to ensure the quality of services provided with regard to
financing programs and loans and to discuss ways to develop them and
improve their efficiency in coordination with the main headquarters.
• He is keen to form and build strategic partnerships with various
financial institutions and banks to support the projects and activities of
the beneficiary group in the governorate.

• Supporting small and medium enterprises with affordable loans,
targeting jobseekers, entrepreneurs, craftspeople, social security
beneficiaries, rural women.
• Distributing workload among staff, evaluating performance, responding
to client inquiries, providing consultation to entrepreneurs, analyzing
and assessing loan applications, supervising projects, submitting
reports, following beneficiaries, conducting sessions, and proposing
administrative enhancements.
