I was the Incharge of the store. I used to provide motivational leadership to the restaurant team, ensure customers leave satisfied and to make sure the business is financially strong.
I was responsible for making all of the major decisions, associated with running the restaurant. And I used to prepare staff schedules, making sure that labour cost remains at a certain level.
