• Account management
• Achieve sales booking, invoicing and margin target.
• Generate new enquiries & customers.
• Review enquiries and guide application team in making quotations & submittals.
• Follow up submittals & approvals.
• Familiarity with the industry trends and competition.
• Strong product knowledge of Chillers, Airside & VRV/VRF.
• Responsible for sustaining strong relationships & contacts with consultants and contractors in order to generate business.
• Negotiation of contractual/commercial terms.
• Follow up with existing projects and coordinate with Service.
• Communication with customers & factories.
• Payment follow up.
• Bring critical customer requirements back into the development, production, and marketing processes.
• Inputting data in CRM and prepare reports for the management.
HVAC Systems (CHW & DX) Design, Selection, Maintenance and Pricing.
- Cooling and Heating Load Calculatoins using HAP (Hourly Analysis Program).
- Mini & Ducted Split Units Selection, installation, start up, commisioning, Pricing and maintenance.
- Air Handling units (AHU's) Selection and Pricing.
- Fan Coil Units (FCU's) Selection and Pricing.
-Package Units Selection and Pricing.
- Centrifugal, Screw and Scroll Chillers Selection, installation, start up, commisioning, Pricing and inspection.
- Duct Design and Pricing.
Selecting, quoting and installing the following equipment:
UPS, Inverters, Rectifiers, Solar & Wind Systems, Stabilizers. HVAC Systems.
Including the following elective courses: - Industrial Automation. - Fluid Power Control. - Aircraft Sensors and Actuators. - Robotics.
