Salini Saudi Arabia Contracting Co. /Construction Manager Assistant/External Works (infrastructure and earth works). Saudi National Guard housing Project (6000 Villas, 7 million Sq. Meter)/ 5 billion SR.
Sewage treatment Plant with capacity of 30, 000 m3/day and lift station.
• Supervising and monitoring all Maintenance and construction projects in the related region.
• Coordination with the donor organizations and following up the completion of projects as scheduled.
• Auditing the contractor’s invoices and preparing the payments accordingly.
• Attending all related meetings in the ministry to improve the quality of maintenance and develop the procedures of maintenance and facilities management.
• Analyzing the outputs of semiannual report of maintenance to evaluate the efficiency of programs of maintenance.
• Performing of training and workshops for the direct responsible teams in facilities to improve the sequence of maintenance requests and expedite the response of contractors as per the ministry procedures.
• Surveying works and setting up the coordinates of stations and rout of buses.
• Prepare the mobilization plan for contractor and consultant offices as a part of mobilization stage in the project.
• Prepare the traffic management plan including the proper diversions for stations to start the stages of work from the excavation until finishing. "Project has been stopped due to government reasons and long unpaid leave had been issued for the staff continued from 02/2016 till 09/2016".
• Coordination with the stakeholders to remove and replace the above and underground utilities those conflict the rail alignment.
• Attending meetings, and design review, issuing letters, following up and coordinate with all related departments to relocate the utilities as per the stakeholder’s standards, rules, and specifications.
• Managing and supervising all utilities relocation which was done by sub-contractors.
• Execution of underground utilities, pipelines, different types (Sewer pipes, irrigation pipes, Firefighting …… Etc.) work contains all stages from setting out the lines up to testing and commissioning.
• Attending all construction meeting.
• Co-ordination with technical and other departments.
• Distribute the daily tasks to dependent engineers and supervisors.
• Follow up on daily basis with my team to achieve our weekly target.
• Managing all the execution activities and related requirements for a series of pipelines (different utilities, different Diameters, and deferent types.) To relocate the lines conflicting the rail alignment.
• The scope also includes the technical side like Drawings checking and submittals to get the approval from DAR Al-HANDASAH
Haramain Rail (HHR) Zone Manager (AL Medina Al-Munawara Sector, 85 KM)
• Direct area manager for a sector of 85 K.M which is called MADINA area (area 6) in the project.
• Responsibility was leading all the staff to execute the scope of company in the project.
• Our scope was around 300 million SR including infrastructure works (Box culverts, vehicle culverts, underground duct banks, relocation of existing utilities …. Etc.)
• In addition to execute the crash retaining wall at the main roads where the train will pass in the median.
• Attending all the meetings related to the project (biweekly progress Meeting with consultant, authorities’ monthly meeting, site meeting.... Etc.
• Monitoring the staff and equipment in my area.
• Preparing the required reports (daily, weekly, and monthly).
• Review design and shop drawing prior submission for consultant approval.
• Follow up with commercial and finance to ensure proper closing of P. O’s and contracts.
