Develop and support in managing the IRC’s information management systems, platforms and databases for the Health, Protection and ERD units.
• Ensure that all program data collected including beneficiary numbers and progress against indicators is protected, accessible, accurate, and reliable.
• Harmonize and standardize a fact sheet format for the sectors and Keep an updated cross sectoral major activities and findings’ fact sheet.
• Review datasets for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities where possible, for improved data quality; follow-up with data collections teams inside Syria for clarification on missing, incomplete or incorrect data.
• Support the program data management staff and the programs’ staff in the use of the new technology systems and tools.
• Lead the Development of integrated IM strategy.
• Develop guidelines regarding information management, ensuring data security and protections are in place and in line with IRC global policies and donor requirements.
• Collaborate with program teams and IM sector managers to discuss, analyze and interpret findings for improved contextualization and understanding of IRC programming.
• Ensure quality information management including beneficiary count in collaboration with Coordinators and MEAL unit.
• Design and develop tools and systems to carry out program monitoring plans and protection monitoring, as well as a comprehensive yet user friendly program-wide database for each technical sector.
• Ensure monitoring tools are implemented correctly and in a timely manner by sector staff.
• Build the capacity of program and partners’ staff in relevant technical and management competencies.
• Focal Point of DHIS2 data platform of Health cross boder programs
• Cross check, Spot check to maintain high level accuracy of data feeding into DHIS2
• Engaged in developing health indicators and forms to meet project’s SOPs
• Develop and execute well written M&E tools and surveys, in Mobile data collection
• Analyse Health data, trend analysis, surveillance warning system EWARNS and other datasets
• Collect, Compile and visualize security incidents and triangulate information with health situation

• Produce, Monthly/quarterly health situation reports, Maps Snapshots, Factsheets & infographics
• Support Partners and agency with IM related issues
Support IRC programming in the Syrian Response region.
- Engaged in information maintenance and analysis tasks.
- Reporting outputs and analysis from a program data repository in order to aid program planning and inform programming decisions.
- Provide support by applying innovative uses of technology that directly help beneficiaries and improve program quality and delivery while actively participate in ongoing data amalgamation, maintenance and data management activities.
- Data representation through the development of standardized representation tools
- Assist in the design and advancement of program databases and how data components are represented.
- Use knowledge of computer programming languages, add/tweak formulas and charts that aid program monitoring, tracking and data representation.
- Identify relevant trends, do follow-up analysis, prepare visualizations. Create relevant program dashboards.
- Good Knowledge in ArcGIS desktop and Online, Able to import data and spatially visualized.
- Assist in Desiging standrized tools, HIS, 4Ws and responsible to comiple data and report on regional inter-hub level
