Employed as a Senior Project Manager on the Qiddiya water theme park project in Riyadh.
Overall project supervision & responsibility of execution.
Handling all project management functions of the company. Creating & maintaining required processes & documentation including QA/QC, HR, Procurement, Reports, Plans, etc.
Responsible for the Invoicing & maintaining cash flow records.
Coordination with client for all project related scope.
Reporting to own company management in terms of progress, profitability, issues, etc.

Attend weekly meetings with the Contractor & Reporting Manager.
Make weekly reports & send to the management depicting the progress.
Planning & Monitoring the project.
Performing all pre-tender review & documentation for projects in Design/Bidding phase.

Sending Monthly reports to the Ministry.
Providing technical support & solutions to the Contractor at Site.
Checking all works to ensure they comply to the drawings & Specifications.

As a Trainee Engineer for 6 months worked under various Engineers & got rigorous hands on training & experience under the guidance of vastly experienced Engineers.

As a Construction Engineer handled one Zone in the Amusement park independently managing the Contractors assigned.
