Employed as a Senior Project Manager on the Qiddiya water theme park project in Riyadh.
Overall project supervision & responsibility of execution.
Handling all project management functions of the company. Creating & maintaining required processes & documentation including QA/QC, HR, Procurement, Reports, Plans, etc.
Responsible for the Invoicing & maintaining cash flow records.
Coordination with client for all project related scope.
Reporting to own company management in terms of progress, profitability, issues, etc.

Maintain coordination with the assigned manager & technical support department along with the Engineers for services(Electrical, IT & Mechanical).
Attend weekly meetings with the Contractor & Reporting Manager.
Make weekly reports & send to the management depicting the progress.
Planning & Monitoring the project.
Performing all pre-tender review & documentation for projects in Design/Bidding phase.

Sending Monthly reports to the Ministry.
Providing technical support & solutions to the Contractor at Site.
Checking all works to ensure they comply to the drawings & Specifications.
Coordinating with my project Coordinator for all drawings related issues.

Executing & supervising all the technical work at site as per the drawings.

Coordinating with the consultants and getting all approvals from the Consultants as well as the Municipality
Handling all the responsibilities of two of the towers from the very beginning.

Primavera: Underwent a training program in Primavera & was involved in the Implementation of Primavera Software in the company Omaxe Ltd.

As a Trainee Engineer for 6 months worked under various Engineers & got rigorous hands on training & experience under the guidance of vastly experienced Engineers.
Worked on various activities such as layout of roads, lagoon & ride foundations.
Heavy foundations for the rides & Pile footings for the monorail.
As a Construction Engineer handled one Zone in the Amusement park independently managing the Contractors assigned.
Contractor’s R/A Bills along with RMC Bills.
Keeping a full database of the complete Manpower in the project under various Contractors.
Keeping a full record of Daily concrete at site along with the Measurements & Deviations if any.
Did a training/project on rain water harvesting
