• I have migrated data for around 15 Systems to Laserfiche successfully.
• Integration took place with the following Applications: (Nexus HIS, SAP, Municipality Corresponding System, Local Applications (HR, Finance…etc.).
• Using Apliman IVR Application to: (Gathering the call flow requirement from the customer and reengineer the design to fit the best practice, Design the Call flow using Apliman IVR, Integrate Call Flow with External Database, Real Time Application Modifications, Providing a professional training for the customers engineer on how to use Apliman IVR Call Flow Designer).
