(Construction of the Infrastructure Projects include (Road construction, storm drainage
system, box culverts, intersections, and a pipeline network) - Project budget of 40 billion
SAR).
Review project scope, design, shop drawing, materials, and method statement of work.
Supervising for the excavation works for the tunnels.
Supervising for the diversion and transfer the existing networks (sewage, potable water,
storm, MV cable, HV cables) out of the excavation areas.
Supervising for the dewatering works.
Supervising for the shoring piles system.
Supervising for the soil improvement works.
Executing Controlled Modulus Column (CMC).
Supervising for the backfilling works around the tunnels.
Supervision for infra-structure networks (water networks, sewerage networks, irrigation
networks, storm rain drainage, gray water networks)

• Check plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations.
• Prepare the Quotation, Estimation and Material Request
• Construction of Single-Story Villas.
• Checking of Plans, Drawings, Estimation, and quantities for accuracy of the calculations, checking level, cross sections of each element of structure,
• Liaise with any consultant, subcontractors, supervisor, planners & quantity surveyor involved in projects.
• Ensure that all materials used and work performed are in accordance with the specifications.
• Oversee the selection and requisition of materials.
• Agree a price for materials and make cost-effective solutions and proposals for the intended project.
• Construction of Foundation, Footings, RCC Columns, Beams and Slabs.
• Check the Electric Work, Plumbing Work and Finishing Works.

• Inspected the areas where designs have been implemented.
• Ensuring quality and Safety requirements & timely complete of project.
• Worked on designs, drawings, and the construction of drainage systems and components.
• Checking of plans, drawings, estimation, and quantities for accuracy of the calculations.
• Quantity surveyor involved in projects.
• Construction of Drains, culverts and manhole Work.
• Laying of Water Supply Line, Pipe Sleeve Crossing & Sewerage line.
