• Creating event layout CAD according to the briefs
• Creating concept 3D visual images and good quality renders for various types of events
• Producing final production working drawings and CNC cutting CAD files
• Work closely with the architectural and interior teams in the preparation of 3D visualization. Understand the concepts and initial design intent, and apply this into a graphic representation.
• Handling Architectural CAD Drawings such as hotel, restaurant, residential, commercial, interiors and exterior drawings.
• Working as an Architectural 3D Modeling, Unwrapping, Texturing, Lighting, Camera Animation, Rendering on Visuals and Walk-through projects.
• Create extremely photo realistic Exterior, Interior, Landscape Visuals and Animation using V-Ray/Corona Renderer.
• Creating logos, branding artworks for social media post and pepper advertisements.
• Developing design briefs that suit the client's purpose.
• Determining size and arrangement of illustrative material and copy, and font style and size.
• Review designs for errors before printing or publishing them.
• Work closely with the architectural and interior teams in the preparation of 3D visualization.
