*Liaised with the Senior Leaders and Department Heads for timetable staffing, lesson count and rooming to ensure that the data for School timetable is entered onto SIMS accurately and schedule the timetable for all the year groups.
*Analyzed complex data, to design and produce comprehensive reports and have an understanding of school performance statistics.
*Coordinated and work closely with 200 staff (teaching and non-teaching).
*Prepared the daily roster-arranging cover teachers for regular lessons and its follow up. Prepare weekly cover and attendance reports.
*Exams-Scheduling invigilators, Assessment reports, report card design and performance analysis of every student.
*Trained Teachers and Admin Staff to use the software (SIMS) in their work scope.

This role was a first school work experience, it enhanced my teaching and student mentoring skills.

Co-ordinated with the sales executives, production team, galvanizing and delivery team along with
carrying out the analytical work and completing production statistics to ensure customer satisfaction and increased sales.
* Ensured timely distribution of submittals and samples to contractors and managed inventory to ensure delivery of the manufactured products, hence enhancing market penetration and market share. *Prepared daily delivery reports, weekly production reports, regular follow up with production and delivery.
Plan and implementing the Annual Maintenance Contract services through a team of engineers
* Reviewed work programs of various divisions including computer system maintenance, networking,
market research, sales and accounts
* Preparing all necessary groundwork such as AMC documentation, market research monitoring sales,
preparing quotations, invoices, sales reports, outstanding reports, labour reports, work reports etc.
Designed error detection card using microprocessors, micro controllers, memory chips and other
electronic devices, programmed to perform the error detection task and burnt it into the memory and tested
the card on a simulator and later implemented.

* PLC Based Motion Control of Biped Robot:
In this work the motion of the two-legged biped robot is achieved using PLC and the control hardware.
The D.C motors actuated by means of relays controlled by PLC moves the robot
* Error Detection Card for SONAR:
The error detection card is used in huge electronic systems. When used in the SONAR the error
detection cards are placed in the cages along with other cards. The error detection cards send signals to
the external operator, when the other cards in cage get dislocated.
