My duties included customer queries and complaints and Administrative duties.
In my line of work, I did some sales of the company electrical products. Encouraged customers with better deals and offers. I also did some customer services as well.
I supervised a team of customer services and made sure customer satisfaction was our priority. I also did the accounts and dealt with customer complaints as well.
