Team Management: Leading, training & monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in customer service, sales operations, and meeting of individual & group targets. Assisting the HR in complete recruitment life cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources after identification of manpower requirements. Handling all the HR issues for the team
MIS/Reporting: Providing daily & monthly transaction to finance department. Single point of contact of store for any mismatch in cash transactions.
