• Perform sales activities to generate sales as per the agreed sales and marketing plan.
• Interacting with the customers and explaining them the features of goods.
•Handling queries and mails.
•Organizing diaries and preparing documents for meetings.
•Policy Surrenders, withdrawals, credit cards, fund switches, beneficiaries updates and premium holidays etc.
•Collecting all the reports on behalf of the management.
•Briefing the manager on the agenda before every meeting.
•Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
•Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
•Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence.
•Provide word-processing and secretarial support.
•Develop and maintain a current and accurate filing system.
