• Overseeing elements critical to determine project progress/ status, computing work completed to ascertain cost incurred and enforcing mechanisms to reduce waste and increase efficiency.
• Ensuring that the project’s cost and revenue reports are produced accurately and in timely manner and generating an array of technical reports (Rate Analysis, RA bills, monthly reconciliation statement etc) during various stages of project life-cycle for strategic analysis and interpretation by clients, engineers, contractors and key stake-holders.
