Responsibilities
• Installed and Customized Mage store Webpos and inventory management extensions and integrated with Focus ERP Software for Retail showrooms and virtual stores. Each store has its own warehouse in Magento and inventory is updated from Focus to Magento when there is a delivery. Sales are updated from Magento to Focus.
• Customization of Webpos invoice format according to UAE Economic department guideline.
• Developed and installed warranty Activation extension and send an automated warranty activation email to the customer in the beginning and later changed to SMS where the customer will be redirected to a page by clicking on rate and review link where they can post reviews for the product.
• Customized Mirasavit Helpdesk extension so that when someone creates a support ticket automatically a customer account is created and receives an email with login credentials!
• Installed and configured simicart mobile app extension and configured mobile apps in Android and iOS and uploaded to the play store and app store.
• Installed maoptician Magento theme and customized according to client’s requirement for Arabic and English Website.
• Installed and customized Ahead works iPhone theme so that the website will load with the theme in mobile devices.
• Developed custom Dashboard for the management and Staffs with limited access, where they can view the reports with total sales, total commission, target to achieve, top performer, SMS reports.
• Customized Magento for setting a monthly target for each product, commission percentage for each product
• Developed custom sales report in Magento so that management can see sales reports by the showroom, salesman, and total sales reports.
• Developed Custom Slow-Moving Items Report, Factory Reorder Report based on current closing and stock and sales from the first delivery date.
• Developed custom extension webpos demos, where customer can rate the demo experience.
• Developed custom extension web pos RMA so that RMA can be filled through web pos and integrated with Mirasavit Helpdesk Extension.
• Developed Custom extension for sales returns with two options customer return and store return so that merchandiser can post sales return as well as pullouts.
• Developed custom extension Stock updater so that stock can import to each warehouse using CSV files.
• Developed custom extension for setting monthly targets, commissions and locations for merchandisers
• Installed and customized upstar Magento theme so that the website will be loaded with the new design on desktops and tabs.
• Customized Ahead works iPhone theme to match the new design.
• Customized Magento Front end where customer can see recently visited products and related products to the visited products.
