Summary:
Setup Operations of XpertLearning in Oman: Identify Local Sponsor, lead, develop and present at discussions on business operation model, facilitate execution of contracting and legal, visa. Identify office space, execute rental etc
Create annual budget: Project expense and revenue streams. Key focus on training consultancy, sales, marketing, service and support.
Vision and Leadership: Clarify, communicate and consistently deliver value to target markets by exemplary sales, service and support.
Forge Meaningful Partnerships: Shortlist, Select and em-panel and engage with Trainers, Training Service Providers, Translators and Developers after negotiating service costs and conditions and ensure quality in services provided to clients.
Other Tasks: Ongoing initiative to reach out and connect with HR/Training heads across industries with a view to offer strategic training consultancy and a range of solutions. The goal has been to help training managers define, operate and optimize their Learning and Development initiatives. Also from a marketing perspective several high impact leadership events were held featuring acclaimed authors such as Dan Pink, Liz Wiseman and Adam Grant
