1. Working as a Senior Sales Manager for Steel Products in POSCO INTL CORP since 2013.
Job Profile:
• Deals with all Major Stockist, Rerolling companies, pipe mills to understand the supply scope for steel material and supply.
• Promoting POSCO STEEL PRODUCTS to ME region.
• Understand the market demand and requirement for the Steel Plates, Wire rods, HRC, CRC, GI, EGI, CRGO and Stainless Steel etc.
• Handling all major EPC contractors steel material enquiries and participating their current project requirements and bidding stage enquiries.
• Deals with all major EPC contractors in UAE for off shore, on shore and renewable energy projects and supplying steel plates from POSCO and Chinese Mills.
• Sourcing GI, Steel Pipes and wire rods from UAE mills and selling to Latin America, Europe, Australia and South East Asian customers.
• Developing new business opportunities for Steel raw materials and semi-finished products.
• Follow up for timely Shipments and documentation procedures
• Follow up for payments from our customers and make sure the agreed price and shipment without fail
• Collecting customer’s feedbacks and current market information about the Steel prices and the demand of the material and update to HQ in weekly basis.
• Updating to our customers about POSCO and Chinese Mills price and the availability of Steel items.
• Regular discussions and meetings with our customer to understand the correct market situation and customer requirements.
• MASTER OF BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION qualified from Anna University, India, Chennai.
